The Corporate Services Management Programme is looking to procure a Transformation Delivery partner to support the Phase 3 T&I Phase. The T&I phase will include (as a minimum) build, test, implement and transition of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution into business as usual; implementation of a new shared service operating model; associated business change and engagement activity to supplement a client-side led activity. The Transformation Delivery Partner Contract The indicative scope of the Transformation Delivery Partner Contract is as follows: The Transformation Delivery Partner will lead on the coordination and delivery of all the business change activities needed to support the successful deployment of the new technologies.
