Contract overview
The Corporate Services Management Programme is looking to procure a Transformation Delivery partner to support the Phase 3 T&I Phase. The T&I phase will include (as a minimum) build, test, implement and transition of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution into business as usual; implementation of a new shared service operating model; associated business change and engagement activity to supplement a client-side led activity. The Transformation Delivery Partner Contract The indicative scope of the Transformation Delivery Partner Contract is as follows: The Transformation Delivery Partner will lead on the coordination and delivery of all the business change activities needed to support the successful deployment of the new technologies. This includes as a minimum: - Starting earlier than the System Implementation Delivery Partner and helping MOD prepare for the T&I phase. - Supporting the planning and delivery of the functional models and Shared Services Operating Model transformation prior to CSM go-lives - Supporting the business change activities (Non-solution) - Supporting the delivery of workforce benefits realisation and transition plans - Supporting the policy design work and change engagement needed (particularly in the HR taxonomy) to enable adoption of the solution - Supporting the benefits realisation refresh and planning This procurement will be undertaken using Digital and IT Professional Services (DIPS) - RM6249 Lot 5 Project, Programme and Portfolio Management (P3M).
