How entries are selected and verified
A product qualifies for the tracker when it is newly available to UK consumers or has materially changed price, and when its cost can be verified against provider documentation: rate sheets, tariff documents, policy wordings or published price lists. Announcements without confirmed UK pricing are held until pricing is public. Withdrawals and repricings are recorded against the original entry so the record stays historically accurate. The tracker never uses recommendation language: it records what exists and what it costs, and links to the full editorial coverage for context.
