We do the prospecting. Your team does the selling.
We reach 300 to 3,000 verified decision-makers a month in your name, from your own sending domain, and hand every reply to whoever closes for you: a sales team, a founder, or one very busy account manager. Live in three weeks.
Hi James,
Saw that you've opened a second site in Leeds this year. Companies at that stage usually find their IT support contract stops fitting: two offices, one helpdesk, response times that were fine for 20 staff and aren't for 45.
We look after 30 firms your size across Yorkshire on a fixed monthly fee, with a two-hour response time written into the contract. Worth a 15-minute call to see whether the numbers work for you?

If you arrived from an email, that email came from this system. We run the Outbound Desk on our own business first: it sells our sponsorships, our content services and this service. The version you buy is the version we depend on.
Kael Tripton Ltd is an independent UK publisher (16,000 published guides, ICO registered, company no. 17177071) that sells to UK businesses through this exact system every working day. Not a call centre, not a template agency.
Who this is for
You have a sales teamThey spend hours a week finding names and writing first emails. We take that layer away and they start each day with warm replies in the CRM.
You are the sales teamFounder, MD or partner selling between everything else. We run the top of the funnel; you take the calls that matter.
You are testing a new marketNew sector, new region, new product. A Trial or Starter pack tells you in four weeks whether anyone there wants to talk, before you hire.
What a campaign looks like
About three weeks from brief to first replies. You approve the targets and the words. We do everything else.
Who does what: you us
- You tell us who buys from youA 20-minute call or a one-page brief: sector, company size, region, job titles, and who to leave out. We turn that into a target list you sign off.
- We build and verify the listDecision-makers pulled from B2B databases, matched to a working email, verified against the mail server, and deduplicated against your existing customers. Senior and executive titles only.
- We write the sequence and set up your sending domainThree or four short emails in your voice, with a personalised opening line for each contact. A dedicated sending domain is registered in your name, authenticated and warmed so it lands in the inbox.
- We send, watch and hand over30 to 50 emails a day per mailbox, UK business hours. Replies stop the sequence automatically. Anyone who says yes is forwarded to you within the hour with the full thread.

What a Growth pack usually turns into
Typical UK B2B campaign with a well-defined target. Your sector and offer move these numbers, which is what the trial is for.
Fourteen conversations for £999 is about £70 each. A junior salesperson costs about £2,900 a month before they book their first.

Sales Navigator and similar tools are good inputs and pair well with the desk as a second channel. They are not a substitute for someone doing the work.
Your company email is never touched
Cold email carries a small complaint risk. We keep that risk on a separate domain that is registered to you.
yourcompany.co.uk
Staff email, invoices, customer conversations. We never send from it, never connect to it, never ask for its passwords.
yourcompany-outreach.co.uk
Set up, authenticated and warmed by us. Carries your name and your reply address. Used for your campaigns only, never shared with another client.
Done properly, every time
UK rules allow marketing email to businesses when the sender is identified, the recipient can opt out, and the message is relevant to their role. The checks below run in software before every email leaves, so that standard is met on every send, not most of them.
We do not send from your main company domain, do not share a sending domain between clients, do not sell contact lists, and do not promise a number of meetings.
Who this is for, and who it is not for.
Companies anywhere in the world that sell to UK businesses. Campaigns target UK limited companies, LLPs and public bodies only, at work addresses on the company's own domain. We do not email consumers, sole traders or partnerships. We do not run campaigns for products that cannot lawfully be marketed to UK businesses, for financial promotions that would need approval from an FCA-authorised firm, or for clients or targets subject to UK sanctions. We do not promise a number of replies, meetings or sales.

Common questions
Is cold email to businesses legal in the UK?
Yes. UK rules allow marketing email to corporate addresses without prior consent, provided the sender is identified, an opt-out is offered and the message is relevant to the recipient's role. We follow that on every send, exclude sole traders and partnerships, and hand you a suppression list so you never contact an opt-out again.
Why don't you send from my main domain?
Cold email carries a small spam-complaint risk, and mail providers judge that risk per domain. A dedicated sending domain keeps your company email untouched whatever happens. The domain is registered in your name and stays yours.
What reply rate should I expect?
Well-targeted UK B2B campaigns typically see 2 to 6 percent of contacts reply, with roughly a third of those replies positive. On a Growth pack that is usually 8 to 20 real conversations a month. Your sector, offer and deal size move that number, which is why the trial exists.
Who writes the emails?
We do, in your voice, and you approve every word before it goes out. The personalised opening line for each contact is generated from public information about their company and checked before sending.
Can I stop after the trial?
Yes. The trial is a one-off payment with no obligation. You keep the contact report, the replies and the suppression list either way.
