Your accounts due in November

Companies House shows your first full-year accounts fall due in November. Most firms at your stage are still on the accountant who set them up, paying for a service shaped around a smaller business.

Names, places and figures in this example are invented to show the style. Your emails use only facts you confirm.

Who this is for

Accountancy practices, bookkeeping firms, payroll bureaus and tax advisers looking for UK limited-company clients, including offshore firms with UK-qualified staff.

How the campaign is built for your sector

  1. TargetsFounders, managing directors and finance leads at companies with 5 to 100 staff at UK limited companies, LLPs and public bodies, filtered by size, region and sector, verified before sending.
  2. Timing signalsWe look for a company's accounts filing date approaching, a first year of trading completing, growth past the VAT threshold, or a change of director, using public UK data, so the email arrives when the question is live.
  3. The messageThree or four short emails in your voice built around a fixed-fee service compared with what a firm their size typically pays, and a specific deadline you can help them meet. You approve every word.
  4. RepliesPositive replies forwarded to your team within the hour. Opt-outs honoured the same day and shared with you.

Who this is for, and who it is not for.

Companies anywhere in the world that sell to UK businesses. Campaigns target UK limited companies, LLPs and public bodies only, at work addresses on the company's own domain. We do not email consumers, sole traders or partnerships. We do not run campaigns for products that cannot lawfully be marketed to UK businesses, for financial promotions that would need approval from an FCA-authorised firm, or for clients or targets subject to UK sanctions. We do not promise a number of replies, meetings or sales.

Tell us who buys from you in the UK

We reply within one working day with a proposed target list and the first draft email. Nothing is sent until you approve both.

Common questions

Can you use Companies House filing dates for targeting?

Yes. Filing deadlines, incorporation dates and confirmation statement dates are public and make excellent timing triggers. We use them to decide when to email, and we say so plainly in the email.

Is promoting accountancy a regulated financial promotion?

General accountancy, bookkeeping and tax compliance services are not. Investment advice, pensions and regulated products are, and we will not promote those without confirmation that the copy has been approved by an FCA-authorised person.

Is this legal in the UK?

Yes. UK rules allow marketing email to limited companies, LLPs and public bodies when the sender is identified, the recipient can opt out and the message is relevant to their role. We follow the ICO's guidance on electronic mail marketing to businesses, including its recommended do-not-contact screening, and every email carries your legal details and an opt-out.

What results should I expect?

We do not promise replies or meetings. Well-targeted UK B2B campaigns commonly see 2 to 6 percent of contacts reply, with roughly a third of those replies positive, but your offer, list and timing decide where you land. The £149 trial exists so you can see your own number before committing.
