NS&I's Agent Million visited two households this week with life-changing news: one in Reading and one in Warwickshire are each £1 million richer after the July 2026 Premium Bonds draw. ERNIE, the Electronic Random Number Indicator Equipment that selects winning bonds, distributed more than 6.2 million prizes worth over £433 million in total this month from nearly 137 billion eligible £1 bonds.

The Reading winner's bond (250TP871786) was bought in July 2015 as part of a holding worth £49,931 - close to the £50,000 maximum. The Warwickshire winner's fortune came from a much smaller holding: bond 217AV429216 was acquired in January 2014 within a portfolio of just £14,000. The Warwickshire win is the tenth £1 million prize created in that county through Premium Bonds. A Devon holder also picked up £50,000 from a £100 holding this month.
